Got this for my 10 year old daughter. Shipped on time, came with all the parts and so far works great. I was particiularly impressed that CS contacted me because my email address looked funny (it does, but it was right). I appreciated that there were human eyes on my order. Only surprise - I didn't see an owners manual in the box, but I didn't need one, so no biggie. Oh, and on my daughter's second time on the board she got to paddle around with a harbor seal!

My daughter is 8 and it fits her perfectly. She loves it! She's able to paddle and maneuver around the water with no issues. I have to say that Thurso Surf customer service is also awesome! I was going to buy a new pump for this board because the one i already have for a different brand didnt work. They help me troubleshoot and figure out what i needed to do and i didnt need a new pump. Thanks!
