If an order is lost or misdelivered due to a customer error in submitting improper shipping information, THURSO SURF will not be held responsible for the lost shipment. If a package has been returned due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer must pay any additional cost incurred before THURSO SURF reship the order to the correct address.

Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any visible signs of damage before signing for acceptance. If by any chance you find damage to the contents, please refuse the shipment by writing “Refused due to damage” and return the shipment to the driver.

At the moment, only Standard Shipping is available.

For most of UK mainland*, Standard Shipping is free for all orders over £34.99, and a £10 packing and shipping fee is charged for orders £34.98 and under.

*For shipping to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands, a flat shipping fee of £15 per accessory item (non SUP products) is charged.
