No way to talk to anyone on phone

There’s no way to talk to anybody from there so it’s all through email and you’ll get your email at like 3 AM in the morning because they’re located in China. They’ll ship it through DHL which is possibly the worst shipping company on planet Earth. they notified me today that my package had been delivered, however it was not there’s no way to contact them and DHL literally is the worst to deal with. it’s all been a hassle. I don’t recommend anybody getting anything from them. We’ll see if the paddle ever makes it here. I hope it’s nice but I wish I’d spent an extra $150 to get something that’s made here For that matter. I’d like to just start making them here myself.
