Much bigger than I expected, my 14 year old is excited to learn to use it. Trumps the small foam biggie boards by miles!!! Really well made and stode up to the Texas Gulf in good sized waves. For reference my son is 5'7". And it came with a nice carrying case that has a pouch to store fins or Google. Woukd recommend to others. My husband who surfers even said it's a good board, he was showing them how to use it.

My kids were so excited to get this boogie board and for the price we thought we'd skip all the delamination problems like with other boards.Well it arrived ALREADY BUBBLING! Extremely disappointed that we spent the last week waiting for this and need to send it back.

Horrible ... Dont even waste your time\Money

160 dollar board, and ovio, none of that goes into quality assurance. I was tired of buying the sub $40 cheap boards and hving to replace them every week. Well i guess every week is better than as soon as i open the box. This board was highly rated online, and Im not really sure why. You would think when spending 150 + on a board, it would be checked before it left the warehouse. Wont buy again.

Great bodyboard!

I bought this bodyboard for my 10 year old son. He always had bodyboards that cheap pieces of trash. He wanted one with a slick bottom so I started looking around and reading reviews about the best bodyboards out there. I found this one on a list of the top five bodyboards so I looked it up on Amazon. I thought it was a fair price so I bought it. He had a huge problem obeying me so I didn't give it to him for a long time but once he started listening again I gave it to him. He was so stinking happy with it he just about wet his pants. It's a little bit big for him he can just about get his arm around it when he is carrying it but he's not shrinking. He looks so cute walking to the beach with the bodyboard in its carrying case. The orange color is great it really stands out in the water. This bodyboard allows him to ride even tiny waves. I feel bad I made him use body boards that sucked for so long. It's totally worth the money.

This is the closest thing to the old boogie boards you bought at Costco in the 90s that latest decades. I bought it for my 30.year old duaghter who lives at beach and she loves it. She says you can't buy anything comparable anywhere near the beach!! She is buying one this summer for my grandson who is now 7 and loves to boogie board now.

Super fun and well made

Spent a week at the beach and used this bodyboard every day. When compared to a bunch of other boards at the beach, this one was definitely a notch above in terms of quality construction. I'm a beginner so I can't comment on detailed performance, but I can say that it worked well for riding waves to shore.

Came broken and the carry bag smells AWFUL

The box was damaged in transit and so was the board. There's a crack right across it. So cheaply made no doubt. When removing the bag from the box (they couldn't have been cheaper with the packaging… no protection whatsoever.) the smell hits you hard. The bag smells like burnt plastic. I'm so bummed. I really thought more $ meant better quality but not here.

I'm a 6 ft tall, 265 lb male. This board was the perfect size for me. I went to the beach, caught some waves, and had a great time. The carrying case that comes with it made things super easy to carry with the handles, as well as backpack straps.

Nice for single use, but top delaminated almost immediately

The glue (or whatever) holding the top surface to the rest of the board delaminated after the second use. This is a low quality board at a high price. Take your money elsewhere or expect to dispose after the first use.

Used it a couple of time before it developed a bubble on the nose.

Minimal delamination after 3 years

As you have read most boards have some delamination over time. This board has held up the best for me relative to 3 other boards but obviously you are spending more money on this one. I mostly use this board in the summer only on vacation trips. Just make sure you turn it over so the sun does not bake the top and don't store it in the winter in a cold garage/attic and it should last for several years.

Of the the better starter boards out there

Very stable board, great for stability for beginners - great for the rougher waves. Cushioned Deck is comfortable. The slick bottom gets some serious speed. lightweight, easy to carry. Need to be careful not to pull the leash - can damage the board.

Just bought and received my fifth board.

These are sturdy...nice-looking boards. Our old boards were $50.00 thirty years ago. Our new Thurso Surf boards are just as nice and are worth what I paid. We don't take the bags to the beach, but they are nice.
