Aufblasbarer SUP-Roll-Rucksack

I am writing to complain about the SUP backpack I purchased from your online store. Unfortunately, after the very first use, the stitching on the front completely came apart, making the backpack unusable.
The product was used normally and carefully, so I am very disappointed with its quality, especially considering that it failed after just one use.

I bought the Waterwalker 120 which came with this bag. On the first use, one of the backpack strap ripped off, making it useless to be used as a backpack. That was the first time I was using it and I was using it like a normal usage. I strongly this bag since it is really filmsy.

I'm so glad I bought it I was worried if it was big enough for my 10.2 paddleboard. I have room for a paddleboard, equipment. 2 yoga mats. my freediving equipment, my boxing and training equipment. the quality is good! i'm a big fan!!

I have two Thurso boards and bags from two different model years and have been telling everyone I know to get a Thurso, in no small part for the bag quality. One of my friends who followed my advise has been loathe to bring her board out cause it's hard to carry and I couldn't imagine why. I just borrowed and WOW this current bag design is SO BAD. It's super baggy, doesn't hold the board secure, the main straps both use a tiny little plastic snap buckle that can't be replaced. Hers broke on the first use and it's just a giant saggy unwieldy blob. Do not buy this bag. Thurso—revert!

There needs to be maybe a couple internal straps instead of one large external straps. Or maybe all three… if you suck the air out of paddle board, to reduce size, it’s has a tendency to sag in the bag causing the bottom to drag on the ground. But seems to have more than enough size to deal with a paddle board.
