Please make sure the shipping address is correct when submitting an order. If an address error is discovered after the order is placed, THURSO SURF does not guarantee an address correction can be made. If an order is lost or misdelivered due to a customer error in submitting improper shipping information, THURSO SURF will not be held responsible for the lost shipment. If a package has been returned due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer must pay any additional cost incurred before THURSO SURF reship the order to the correct address.
Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any visible signs of damage before signing for acceptance. If by any chance you find damage to the contents, please refuse the shipment by writing “Refused due to damage” and return the shipment to the driver.

Standard Shipping is free for all orders over 34.99€, and a 10€ packing and shipping fee is charged for orders 34.98€ and under.
All orders placed on thursosurf.com/eu are processed within 3 business days. Order processing cut-off time is 3 pm ET. If an order is placed after 3 pm ET, processing will begin the next business day.
You will receive an email notification after an order is submitted, and another email notification with tracking number when the order is shipped. If you order contains multiple items, you may receive one or more shipping notifications. Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Transit time can take up to 7 business days for Standard Shipping. The time is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
